Superb views

It is the best location overlooking Ago Bay. It is a venerable hotel where Emperor Showa made a Royal visit.
Their French cuisine is famous. I went there this September. You can eat abalone with extra cost but it is costly, and a normal full-course menu is enough. This was my third time, but it was renovated and the garden became smaller, yet views from the rooftop are at 360 degrees and sunrise and sunset are the best.

Abalone steak is delicious

Although a similar name was used in a popular drama, this is an actual long-established hotel. I think many people go there just to eat abalone as in the title. Not only the food but their hospitality was also perfect. There are many affiliated facilities around.

French cuisine using local seafood is very famous

Shima Kanko Hotel is not too far away from the last stop of Kintetsu Kashikojima Station. The hotel has perhaps the most famous French restaurant in Ise-Shima. The location is great, just beside the sea. The stereotypical image of Ise Shrine and Ise-Shima is ‘Japanese’ but please enjoy Ise-Shima with a contrast by selecting French cuisine.

The scenery and food are top-notch

It is situated on a hill overlooking the ria coast and the view is superb.
French cuisine, especially their abalone steak is so famous. However, the room is a bit expensive. You should expect at least 30,000yen with two meals for a twin room.

The food and views are excellent!

The hotel’s French full-course dinner with a specialty of black abalone steak is fabulous.
The views from the hotel's rooftop of sunset over the evening sea and the sun rising from the sea in morning haze are impressive and will be memorable for a long time.

Abalone steak is top-notch

Not only views but also the atmosphere and prestige of the hotel are great!
Food is absolutely delicious, and the restaurant shows class! Abalone steak to eat there is excellent. You might think it is too hard to eat, but the exquisite flavor and texture are exceptional.
It is worth to go once.

Dishes using ingredients from Shima are delicious - you should try.

This hotel is also the place where a movie was shot long time ago.
Since then, many tourists come and visit. It is totally quiet place overlooking the elegant natural beauty of Ise Shima. It is a matter of personal preference, but you can enjoy seafood such as Ise-ebi lobster and abalone and forget the passing of time.

Delicious abalone steak

It is a hotel with Ise-ebi spiny lobster soup and abalone steak as their specialties since its opening. The Classic building with elegant atmosphere is good value for money and recommended. You should request a room on the side of overlooking Ago Bay. You can also enjoy 360-degree views from the rooftop.

A traditional hotel.

It would be Shima Kanko Hotel for a hotel with delicious food in Ise-Shima.
Bisque of Ise spiny lobster and abalone steak created by the former head chef has become popular. Why not to go and try them, as there are accommodation plans with meals.
This is the hotel where an owner / chef of a three-star restaurant in Tokyo, Mr. Kishida had been trained as a chef.
“Cooked yet fresh, changed its shape yet natural. Any restaurant in the world can’t compete with me, as long as I cook the ingredients of Ago Bay”
As the former head chef said above, why not find out his essence of cooking?

It is a nice long-established hotel

A drama “Karei naru Ichizoku” (starring Kimutaku) which was aired 7-8 years ago, was shot in Ise Shima Kanko Hotel. The clan gathered in the restaurant of this hotel every time something happened. You can see the sea, and black abalone dishes of the restaurant are famous. I think you can relax well there.

Open-air baths where you can see sunrise and sunset ☆

I went with my girlfriend and I haven’t seen the men’s bath, but you can see the sea shining with sunrise from the women's outdoor bath☆ Morning bath and the sparkling sea ♬ The best way to wake up ♬ I assume positionally you can see sunset from the men’s bath.
We saw the sea from the room and sunset over the sea after check-in.
We had dinner in our room and a breakfast buffet the next morning, and both were delicious. I remember plum wine was served as an aperitif.
I could see the lights of ships going back and forth on the sea at night, and fully enjoyed the scenery that I couldn’t see without being on the sea side.

Open-air baths with views of the sea

It was great that I could enjoy ocean views from the room as well as open-air baths. I could see the morning sun from the men’s bath. It is said that sunset can be seen from the women's bath. Food was also delicious. Breakfast buffet was busy as it was crowded, but I think I could eat relaxingly if I ate later.

Food is perfect

I went there on November 25-26. This was our fifth time but we were always extremely satisfied every time we went there. An usual full-course meal is sufficient but why don’t you add some local specialties?
Sunrise overlooking Ago Bay makes me feel bliss.

A landscape & meals

I felt so great, fully admiring majestic views of Ago Bay from the room with ocean views. We enjoyed delicious and colorful dishes such as Ise-ebi spiny lobster and local fresh seafood. We were especially impressed by the polite and kind hospitality of the staff.

Food and views are great

I stayed twice for reunions of friends.
It is great if you can choose a plan to stay in the Sanyo building with larger rooms with wonderful views of morning and evening. (or to stay in the slightly cheaper Kayo building is another option...)
Elaborate dishes are very satisfying for both quality and quantity. You can enjoy delicious whole Ise spiny lobster sashimi and abalone dishes. (we could choose from abalone steak or sashimi for both times we stayed)
Garden open-air baths are recommended for hot springs.

Overlooking Ago Bay from the large public baths and rooms! Food is delicious!

I stayed at this hotel more than 30 times. You can overlook Ago Bay from the room, but also from the large public baths through the glasses! ! Enjoying an open-air bath with a view of Ago Bay is wonderful. And, the food is extremely delicious! Seasonal dishes with fresh ingredients - this is the inn you want to visit not only once but also again and again. There are many karaoke rooms with LiveDAM inside this big hotel!
The rates are affordable, and absolutely recommended (* ^ _ ^ *)

The quiet sea of Ago Bay is beautiful

It is located on a hill, close from Kintetsu Kashikojima Station, and you can overlook a quiet landscape of Ago Bay and pearl farming rafts from the windows. Also it is a good hotel to relaxingly look at ships going by. There is a pier for Ago Bay cruise tours, so it would be good to take a cruise. There is also a pearl processing plant of Kokichi Mikimoto, the king of pearl, as well as his former residence on the high ground.

t mus It be here, considering scenery, accommodation, hot springs, and food

I will remember the sea and sunset of Kashikojima forever. I came to Kashokojima when I was a student and deeply moved, though I didn’t stay at this hotel as I didn’t have much money. A view of the blue bay with rafts floating is spectacular. My acquaintance stayed there and was impressed. There should be no mistake because this is an inn that managed to impress a choosy elderly man. I asked other people I know but they generally have good impressions.

A landscape of Ago Bay and accessibility

It is a good distance if you go through Ise Road from Ise Shrine, in the middle of Pearl Road? ! ... It is a hotel facing Matoya Bay. Because it is built on the other side of the sea to Shima Spanish Village, you can see fireworks well at night. It is in the middle of Toba and Kashikojima, so it is convenient to go anywhere and do anything in the Ise-Shima area. The restaurants and shops have good variety and the hotel also has open-air baths.

A luxury buffet and draft beer

A view from the room is nice. You can eat sashimi of Ise spiny lobster if you pay an extra. Freshly fried Tempura on the spot is available. The nice staff pleasantly serve you a glass of draft beer at a beer counter. Breakfast is delicious as well.

A hotel on a hill facing the Matoya Bay

This is a hotel facing Ise-Shima National Park and looking over Matoya Bay.
If you have a membership ticket, you can stay for 10550+ yen per night with two meals even a day before a holiday.
There are large public baths with open-air hot springs. The room is spacious and has good equipment. Many tourist attractions such as Shima Spain Village and Toba Aquarium are free if you have a Kintetsu’s ‘Mawaryanse’ ticket.

Sightseeing and delicious meals

It is an inn affiliated with Daiwa Royal Group, located near Ago Bay in Ise. It is an A-class hotel with a number of rooms. You can deliciously have your favorite Japanese and Western dishes for dinner. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet and you can eat the food you like. The hotel has large public baths, and is great place for healing. There are Naiku and Geku of Ise Shrine and Futamigaura nearby so it is perfect location for sightseeing. You can also enjoy wonderful evening views of Ago Bay. When I traveled as a couple few years ago, the weather was good and it was truly a memorable journey.

A premier hotel in front of the sea

It is a dominant hotel by the sea. You can feel the sea even after you come back to your room if you stay in a room with a terrace on the upper floors. If you choose a buffet dinner, dishes such as steak and sushi are highly recommended. I recommend Ise spiny lobster and sashimi platter for a meal served in your room.

You can see beautiful sunset

You can enjoy ocean views from the terrace, and even beautiful sunset if the weather is nice.
You can relax in a semi-open-air bath in your own room.

Dinner!
A plan with Ise-ebi spiny lobster at a reasonable price.
Breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes, but be careful not to eat too much.

Why don’t you go out for a walk by the sea in the morning?

The sea is beautiful

We stayed several times. The food was not bad, and you can overlook the beautiful sea from the room, especially typical coves in Ise bay. The open-air baths were also good, and you can enjoy the sea and nature by walking around the hotel. It would be a good base for Ise sightseeing.

Ocean views

Views from the room are good, and you can overlook arrivals and departures of ferries and ships from a port as well as outlines of islands and ship traffics far away. The night views of the harbor and different colors of lights are beautiful. You can choose a Japanese or Western meal, and both are very satisfying.

Excellent location

Views of islands in front of you from the window are the best! It is better to stay on as higher floors as possible in the new building of Migiwa-kan. There are a variety of baths such as a bath by the sea or a bath with a view on the higher floor. You can choose either a meal served in your room or a buffet, but only buffets available for cheap plans.

The food and the room were both good!

We went as a family of three, two or three years ago. It was very pleasant and the sea seen from the room was beautiful. Seafood including Ise-ebi spiny lobster was really delicious. I live in Kanazawa and thought seafood is always fresh, but still the seafood at the inn is equally mouth-watering. I certainly recommend.

Food is good, views are good, and just staying in the hotel is good

The views of Ago Bay were good not only from my room but also from the public spaces. The dining area was lively while giving consideration to privacy. Food was not formal but we enjoyed the taste of quality ingredients. The inn is full of places to enjoy such as the lounge ‘Aoi’ as well as the guest room. I recommend you to stay more than one night.

A hotel with an atmosphere of hideaway for mature adults

Toba Kanko Hotel Bay Suite is good, but this is a quiet hotel with total of 18 rooms and mature atmosphere. All rooms have open-air baths, and you can also use reservable open-air baths. Dinner is a creative cuisine that you can enjoy seafood from Ise Bay.

Beautiful views and delicious food

It is located on a hill and it is no exaggeration to say that the scenery is superb. There are other hotels close to a station, but it is higher than the top floors of other hotels, so the views are really beautiful and you can overlook far ahead. Also the food is very delicious, and the cheesecake is definitely recommended.

This is a truly orthodox tourist hotel so you can rest assured

It is a long-established classic hotel so there wouldn’t be any mistakes. Views of the sea are wonderful, and you can enjoy delicious food. You can have confidence that the hospitality is impeccable.
We stayed there few times so far, and we really enjoyed the beauty of Ise-Shima and delicious food, regardless of the season.
We also dine there sometimes without staying overnight.
The long running traditional tourist hotel has its own reasons to be like this.

Abalone and Ise-ebi spinylobster!

You can relax in a spacious room with an ocean view.
Abalone steak and lobster soup are exceptional.
We were satisfied with Japanese breakfast, full of dishes.
You can indulge in luxurious mood, overlooking the sea from a bath.

You can stay relaxingly and comfortably

The meal while enjoying the scenery of Ago Bay was so delicious that I can not forget.
It is a resort hotel where you can stay relaxingly and comfortably in all aspects, including the free lounge.
Their refined service, maintaining a reasonable distance rather than sticky service of a hot spring inn, was pleasant.
