I will go and see "Niino Snow Festival" which will be carried out on January 14 in Nagano Prefecture. My concern is if there is any flexible inn that allow me to see the festival overnight after check-in and assumingly return early morning... Please give me a suggestion if you have similar experience.

Great accessibility and reasonable prices

It is in front of Komoro Station, next to Kaikoen, and traffic mobility is quite good. In addition, parking is conveniently located in the basement of the hotel. You can overlook majestic Mt. Asama from large public baths upstairs. Breakfast is a buffet with a variety of food and you can see Kaikoen from dining room windows!
I recommend tempura for dinner in a small Japanese restaurant on Komoro Ekimae-dori for dinner. Also an Italian restaurant on the same street, which was soba restaurant in the past, is equally good if you prefer Italian!

B&B near the venue

This inn is located in Anan-cho where the snow festival’s venue is. Check-out time is 10 am, but they may be more flexible as it is B&B.
After check-in, I think there wouldn’t be a problem to leave your baggage and come back in the morning. However, please keep to check-out time.

Hot springs that you can use till 9am

Chausuyama Onsen "Yumoto Shiofuki-kan" is a quiet inn located in "Urugi-mura" village. Its spring water is sodium chloride spring (make your skin moist and make you warm for a long time).
You can take a hot spring bath all day until 9am for both open-air baths and indoor baths, so you can take a rest and make your cold body warm after coming back from the festival.
