Please do you know a hotel which has beautiful snow scenery in either the Nagano prefecture or the Yamanashi prefecture?

In February, 4 of us are going on a trip from the Kanagawa prefecture by car. Our budget is 30,000-yen per person. I'd like a hotel with a good service and an open hot-spring. Please tell me of a hotel from where we can see a nice snow-view.

Excellent lookout of Mt Fuji from the open-air bath

The view of Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath at the top floor was awesome! The other two baths were very nice and comfortable to stay at. The breakfast buffet had various dishes and large amount and I even regret that I couldn't try every dishes since I was too full. I went there in autumn but their courtyard was very pretty so that it would be great in snow season too. There is nothing to complain about the room and the staffs, and this hotel is great!!

Let's see Mt. Fuji from an open-air bath, which is a world heritage!!

There is a beautiful Japanese garden so that you can have a good time there in any season but not only in winter. The Mt Fuji that can be seen from the open-air bath is amazing. After taking a bath and dinner, you can watch a powerful drum performance at the lobby for fun. I want to go there every year.

Their service is fantastic!

Impressive! They considerate of customers in detail and that amazed me. I could have a whole view of Mt. Fuji right in front of me from the open-air bath and it was very comfortable. In the changing room of the main bath, there were plastic bags for wet towels and we could put used bath towels in a basket and we always could use new towel. Moreover, there was a free tea service in the entrance of the bath, so that it gives people relaxing time after taking bath.

The view of Mt. Fuji is amazing. It's a deluxe hotel so that a big group can stay there. The quality of water is high too.

First of all, the garden, which is about 12000 square meters, is the best part. The open-air bath at the rooftop was made only for having a look of Mt. Fuji and it's awesome. I go there at least once a year but everytime I'm amazed. The meals that you can have in your room are also great and satisfying.

Historical accommodation, their bath is recommendable.

This accommodation has a long history and it's formal. The double-height lobby has a luxury design. The wooden Momoyama bath is fantastic. The open-air bath made with rocks has special charm and I like it. In winter, you can take bath with snowy scenery. This accommodation is also registered as a tangible cultural asset, although it's not that expensive. This hotel is a good unknown spot. You can have the famous Shinshu beef as your meal.

Beautiful accommodation with the garden open-air bath and snowy view

The snow will be 30 to 50 cm deep in winter at Shinshu Yudanaka Onsengai that has 1350 years history since it opened so that it's a perfect place to enjoy the open-air bath and the snowy view. At Yorozuya, there is Momoyama-buro bath, which is registered as a tangible cultural asset. There are many other baths include open-air baths that would make bath lover happy. Also, the historical Shouraisou room made with Sukiya style has a spectacular charm among Yorozuya rooms. You can taste north Shinshu food that they serve. If you get there by car from Kanagawa, you can use Kan-Etsu Expressway, Joshin-etsu Expressway then get off at Shinshu Nakano interchange and drive another 15 minutes.

Taking bath seeing snow at Momoyama-buro

Anyway their Momoyama-buro is awesome. You will be amazed with the amount of water falling like a waterfall. The big bath area will be fully mist up with steam in winter so that you could be get in there by both sexes.

They are the world cultural heritage!

It's a kind hotel for people want to stay around the foot of Mt Fuji, or Lake Kawaguchi. The contrast of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt Fuji is an amazing view and you can take an advantage of the promotions; The room with an open-air bath that is 24,300~ yen per person for one night includes two meals becomes 18,000 yen for four persons when you cook before 31st March and it's quite reasonable!

Mt Fuji is beautiful

If you stay in Yamanashi, this hotel will be a good option since you can see the snowy Mt. Fuji which became one of the world heritage. I recommend this hotel because of the snowy Mt. Fuji scenery and the view of the lake. The hot spring is also nice.

Taking bath with snow viewing

This accommodation is quiet and relaxing. The hot spring is sulfur, milky white and has very good water. The male and female sections swap depends on the time so that I felt like going around baths inside the accommodation. You also can visit many baths outside the accommodation. The local specialty in the region, "Onsen gayu (hot spring rice-porridge)" is tasty.

Water directly comes from the source. When it comes out it's clear water and it turns into milky-after after touching the air.

When you go from Matsumoto side, you turn right before the way in to Kamikochi and go further with a caution with an icy street. When it's close to the inn, you can smell sulfur hot spring and it's quiet around there. There is nothing that disturbs your relaxing time. Please warm your body up taking time in the open-air bath when it's snow.

It's awesome to stay in brown hot water seeing a gorge!

It's awesome to stay in the open-air hot spring with high quality of water with amazing view of snow and a gorge with full of negative ion. There is plenty of water so that you can relax there as much as you like. Their delicious meals and musical performance after a meal meet with favorable reception of people. Staying here will be a memorable moment in your life.

They have nice view from the open-air hot spring

If you are planning to stay in Yamanashi or Nagano, this area could be the best. Tateshina area has good hot spring, and if you want to see snowy view I recommend this open-air hot spring, Ougon-no-yu belongs a river. It's not that expensive to stay and you can try a Soba noodle restaurant just nearby.

Their hot spring is fantastic and you can see Mt Fuji just in front of you from the room

The public transport is quite convenient so that accessing to the hotel is quite easy. This hotel is popular and hard to make a booking, surely it's a good one. Their meals are delicious, easy to get to the hot spring and you can see Mt Fuji right in front of you from the room. It's quite relaxing to stay there.

The milky-white hot spring is amazing!

It's great that you can be in the milky-white hot spring seeing amazing view. If you come from Karuizawa direction, you can go there via Manza highway or if you come from Shiga highlands direction, you can drive to there passing the highest point in Japan, 2172m with the amazing view of mountains in distance. I think that's also fun to go around hot spring places with the sort of draft called "Yumeguri tegata". It's another exciting leisure to go skiing in Manza onsen ski slope.

Hot spring its water comes directly from the source

The hotel accommodation is near Kumanoyu ski slope at Shiga highlands and their hot spring has strong sulfur with milky-white colour which is effective on your body. There is a small open-air bath outside and you can have small view and the water is white mud water. There is a ski slope just nearby and you can see it very well from the accommodation.
