An onsen accommodation for a group of 15 people to stay in Kyushu

I plan to go on a one day trip with my colleagues during summer holidays. Please recommend me an accommodation with Onsen, located in North Kyushu with good transportation, for 10000yen per person including 2 meals. The number of people in the group will be roughly 15 people.

an unusual hot-spring tatami-matted

It is a hot-spring inn which is a 1-hour-drive in a car from central Fukuoka. They have a shuttle-bus service from the nearest station. The big bathroom of this inn has been tatami-matted. It is very unusual. They also have an open-air hot-spring, a reserved one and a sauna. The garden is surrounding the hotel, so it is full of green trees. The buffet-styled breakfast has variety in the menu. It is a quality inn for its price.

convenient and friendly inn

In Kyushu, there are many recommendable hot-spring inns, but most of them have a poor transport link and you need to rent a car. However, among them the Takeo hot-spring area is relatively convenient to get to. It is a small-size hot-spring town which is famous for the Sakura-gate. This, Nakamaru Inn is also a small inn like the town. The hot-spring water is a circular type, but it has been kept clean. When I visited there, the meal was a standard high-class Japanese cuisine with a substantial amount. Especially the Tempura was delicious, as the batter was very thin. Even though it was cold, it was tasty.
