We will be celebrating my great aunt’s 100th birthday in the care house, so we would like to visit there a day before to prepare the celebration. As the transportation is convenient, we are seeking a cheap business hotel near Moriya or Suikaido in Ibaraki prefecture.

This would be good for you.

My recommendation is Hotel Suikaido-ekimae. It’s a 2-minute-walk from the Suikaido station. It is a business hotel with a good access to Moriya. If you book a room 10 days in advance, you can get a cheaper charge, named “Chottoku” plan.

a free breakfast which is a good deal

It is a few-minutes-walk from the station. It’s in a very convenient location. It is a simple business hotel, but if you only need to sleep, there is no problem. Although it is close to the station, the charge is cheap. If you are not satisfied with the bath in your room, you can soak yourself in a big hot-spring bath in the big bathroom. The buffet-styled breakfast has Japanese and western foods for free, which is a good deal.

a 1-minute-wlak from the Suikaido station

It is a business hotel in front of the station in a 1-minute-walk from the Suikaido station. They have both Japanese and western rooms. The meal is a high-class Japanese cuisine focused on the Ibaraki local ingredients with the grilled special Japanese-beef on the iron pan and is within your budget. They don’t have a hot-spring but have a big bathroom in which you can stretch your legs.
