Recommended romantic hotels in Sapporo for couples

I'm thinking of staying over the night at a hotel in Sapporo with my girlfriend on our anniversary. Please give me hotels with a beautiful night view from the room, and with a great bar inside the hotel. I appreciate your recommendations as well as your opinions and reasons for your choice.

The bar on the 28th floor has a great night view

There are sofas in the bar that are facing the windows so you can enjoy a great night view from there. Since this hotel has a round shape, you can have the view from anywhere you sit.

The wine's delicious.

You can go to the hotel from Sapporo Station without getting wet from the rain or snow. It's on the top floors of Yomiuri Hokkaido Building so you can have a nice view from there. If you like wine, there's a wine store next to the front desk.

A cheap brand hotel

It's 2 to 3 minutes from Shin-Sapporo Station. It's a bit far from the central part of the city so it's perfect for a nice quiet stay. The room has a very chic and noble atmosphere.

Except for JR Tower Nikko

I expect that many will recommend Tower Nikko righ on top of JR Sapporo Station, so I would like to recommend other hotel. I think Premier Hotel Nakajima Park Sapporo, Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Sapporo Park Hotel. If you stay in the central part of the city, although you stay on the higher floor, you just get a view of buildings around you. Nikko is of course good, too. If you stay in the corner room of the floor looking towards Northwest or Southwest, You can have a nice view of Ishikari Bay. If your room is facing Northwest, you can have snow capped mountains, with running trains underneath. On the east side, there are many tall buildings these days. If you choose from the bars, Sapporo Grand Hotel and Hotel Okura Sapporo may be good. I travel around Sapporo 5 or 6 times a year, and I have stayed at most of the city hotels in the city.
